Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project, clears impediments for the team, and ensure that Scrum processes are being followed.

This self paced courses is designed to help you, learn and build good understanding about Agile and Scrum Framework, the role and responsibilities of a Scrum Master, how to coach and motivate teams to stay organized, and how to practice and incorporate Scrum values and principles.

  • Log into your PMI account
  • Follow this link to the ‘Report PDUs’ page: https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim/index
  • NOTE: In order to claim PDUs you must have a certification with PMI.
  • Under ‘PDU Claim Code’ click “I have a claim code”
  • Type in the relevant claim code from the below table.
