Product owner is an important role in an Scrum Team. A product owner provides clarity to the team about a product’s vision and goal and decides what the team will create next in order to deliver value to all stakeholders throughout the entire product’s life-cycle. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring clear communication of product or service requirements to the Scrum Team, defining Acceptance Criteria, and ensuring those criteria are met.

This self paced courses is designed to help you, learn and build good understanding about Scrum Framework and Principles, Scrum Product Owner’s core competencies (for examples managing products with purpose and strategy, managing multiple stakeholders’ needs and expectations, validating assumptions, prioritizing the Product Backlog), and set of tools and techniques required to play this role effectively.
